i kid you not, andy actually said, "this kimchi is hotter than the korean kind!" rawr! i actually went overboard and put in too much. i looked over at linda, teary eyed and asked her if the kimchi really was too spicy that day. she looked puzzled and said "no." then proceeded to down a litre of kimchi*, without blinking.
