subconsicously lana
after re-reading my previous entry, i'm not so sure tamashiro chiharu was THE deciding factor. i think i had subconsciously decided to cut my hair, or at least this was the tipping point, while reading Laura Jacobs' Women About Town. The character Lana (who i totally want to be, 'sensible' here i come) was sitting on a train coming back from Boston to New York City where she lives. She was reading a magazine and tucked her hair behind her ear, a pageboy. Now, i'm not sure exactly what a pageboy is, but i'm imagining something that is a compromise between Mary Martin's Peter Pan hair and Teri Hatcher's juice-can bob from Lois and Clark. so what do you get... *drumroll*... my hair! Yes, so even during my first read, Jacobs' book inspired me.
i was such a slacker today... AGAIN. i think all of my friends would dump me like a hot potato if they found out how lazy i am... but i did manage to drag my lazy butt out of the house and went for a nice 40-min walk/run with remy. it was nice, she only attacked me three times =) Okay, so here goes a list that I will follow in order to kick butt on the korean exam:
sat: finish question 2 (how sad is that)
sunday: finish 3,4,5
monday: review
tues: exam
wednesday: FREEEEEEEEEEE, AS A BIIIIIRD.........
i'm in the midst of writing report cards... is very tedious, but i only have to finish up mathew's and renee's. then i have to figure out a lesson plan for the 9s and 6s, write up the course guidelines and growth plans. CRAPOLA!!!!!! no conan for me tonight... boo. maybe buffy? eheheh... but i want to get up early and go for a run... i should really be more committed to a healthy lifestyle, rather than opting for the starweek diet. boo.

i did try this before, but i gave up after like... 15 hours... while writing my ASI300 paper...hopefully this'll last longer, as i'm not writing under duress... =)
